I mean hell I go to the dermatologist once a year just to make sure I don't have skin cancer. Also I agree with Ian. I don't wanna think of forceps when I eat Greek, dude. With eating, one thing I do is cook big batches of healthy food and then ration the portions so I have meals in the freezer or fridge. And I make myself eat them before I get hungry.
