They need love too! A friend of mine has been allergic to cats his whole life. He and his wife went to the pound and they brought him random catbeasts until they found one he could hang out with for an hour without sneezing, and they took him home! Nary a Claratin required. Really, now, isn't there a requirement for you to have a cat to get your Mystery Writer's License?
